0. What is H O N E S T Y?

In a nutshell, H is an initiative - with the aim of becoming a social enterprise - that makes programs of coaching and development through reflection, taking Intersectionality into account... to offer more mental, material and economical freedom to all.

And when I say "development", I do mean personal development as much as economical, social or political entrepreneurship projects development...

And when I say "freedom", I mean well-being with the ability of being yourself, without stepping on other's territory...

Kaizen to build sustainable Peace

1. What is Reflection useful for?! What do we get out of it?

Kaizen (Continuous Improvement in English) is a japanese philosophy AND methodology [apply your thoughts!] which is at the origin of Toyota entrepreneurial success since 1937...

Because, contrary to what preconceived ideas say, to invest on somebody who is going to think and reflect on your long-term vision while you are dealing with the day to day hassle, is actually Vinci, Schneider Electric, Haribo, Louis Vuitton and Louis Dreyfus Commodities secret receipe for sustainable success ... as well as for all the other world class organisations with undeniable success ...

How do I know that? Because I have been gracefully paid by each of these companies quoted above, to do this work precisely!

2. Oh yeah? And how much does it makes?

As an intern or junior kaizen engineer, I have been paid 2 500€ a month in average...

In return, I helped Schneider Electric save 15 000€ a month and LDC save quater million of dollars in 1 year...

and this is only the visible part of the iceberg!

H motto : A dream is never too big or too crazy to be achieved...

3. Ok! Since it is that easy, why isn't everybody doing it!?

Because it asks for a shift of mentality and thinking! And it also takes some slaps in your face (just like me while working as an expatriate in Cameroon!).

1. To have a vision coming from a PERSONAL CONVICTION, a strong and determined long-term vision...

2. To invest in TIME and not to expect to understand everything, everytime, and right now...

3. To break* HIERARCHICAL preconceived and prejudiced ideas, and apply the advice of someone "smaller than yourself"...

*Indeed, some people also define Kaizen as the idea of deconstructing a process, before reconstructing it better...

And THIS, is really not easy with the socialisation in which we are all conditionned...

4. What is the link between socialisation and making money?

Divide and conquer, rings a bell?!

Socialisation is the processus that categorizes us into woman/man, black/white, young/old, rich/poor, intelligent/stupid, heterosexual/homosexual, right wing/left wing etc...

And these categories are also there to support the hierarchy that explains our current mainstream and personal vision of social success...

And therefore, our preconceived vision of how to succeed, how to be happy or "how to make money" as well.

Moreover, with our consumption societies that push us to want everything right now and in a rush... a lot of people struggle to invest in long-term strategies, instead of continuously THROWING AWAY without THINKING AWAY [French says un-thinking without thinking] ;-)

Continuously deconstruct usual discrimination in your mind...

DAMN! WHAT SHOULD I DO THEN?!

Contact me, Adriana Bito , as soon as possible, to organise a "as-is analysis" session of your entrepreneurial situation, personal and/or professional! And start an ORGANISED reflection routine...

This won't cost you anything (but one hour chating with an awesome girl!) and it can literally change all our lives... for the better!

Honestly yours,

Adriana
